Responsibility and examination of the products
The risk of the products is taken over by the customer as soon as they are in the customer's possession.
After the customer has received the goods, the delivery should be examined as soon as possible to ensure that; The shipment is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or have other errors/deficiencies.
Complaint
If there is a deficiency, defect or damage to the item, a written notification must be given by e-mail ([email protected]) within a reasonable time. In the email we ask you to refer to the order number, as well as which item number/item name the complaint applies. Attach images that clearly show deficiencies/errors/damage.
Swap and right of withdrawal
At Inanna Store you have expanded the right of withdrawal for up to 30 days from receiving the item. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and with a completed withdrawal form. As soon as the return is approved, you will be repaid the current amount. Return Porto is paid by the customer.
